Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Illustmaker (the "Service") provided by ASI Inc. ("we"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Your works
The copyright on works created via the Service (vector designs, exported SVG/PNG/PDF, etc.) <b>belongs entirely to you</b>. We claim no rights over your works.
Commercial use is freely permitted (logos, business cards, packaging, sales materials, paid distribution, etc.).
Third-party fonts, libraries, and assets bundled with the Service remain subject to their respective providers' licenses.
2. Prohibited uses
- Using the Service for unlawful purposes or producing works that violate law
- Producing works that infringe the rights of others (copyright, trademark, portrait, privacy, etc.)
- Probing or exploiting vulnerabilities (unauthorized access, SSRF attempts, etc.)
- Excessive load on the Service (DoS, scraping, rate-limit circumvention)
- Reselling or sharing API keys (use within a single organization is permitted)
- Distributing malware or sending spam via our servers
- Publishing a clone service that imitates the Service
- Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the Service for redistribution
3. API terms

4. Service changes & suspension
We may change or suspend the Service without prior notice to users. We are not liable for damages incurred by users or third parties as a result.
Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible.
5. Warranty & disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, safety, or availability.
We are not liable for damages incurred by users or third parties as a result of using or being unable to use the Service.
You use the Service at your own risk. Be sure to back up important data locally.
6. Print & commercial use
PDF / SVG / AI-compatible files exported from the Service may be used as print-shop input data, with the following caveats:
- The Service operates in RGB. If CMYK is required, convert in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent before submitting.
- Outline your text using
illust.outline_textor the export-time setting. Always do this before submission. - Adjust final size, trim marks, and bleed according to your printer's template.
- We recommend verifying the final file in Acrobat or equivalent before submission.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Japanese law. Any dispute arising in connection with the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
