Terms of Service

These terms define the conditions for using services provided by Akichi Kikaku Inc. ("the Company").

Article 1 (Application)

These terms apply to all services provided by the Company.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration is completed when applicants apply through the method specified by the Company and the Company approves the application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users must not engage in activities that violate laws or public order,or interfere with the Company's service operations.

Article 4 (Service Changes/Suspension)

The Company may change or suspend services without prior notice.

Article 5 (Disclaimer)

The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from the services.

Article 6 (Governing Law)

These terms shall be governed by Japanese law.
