Let's talk made by bar.digital — just for fun 🤍 we made this website by hand as a craft exercise: layout, illustrations, lettering. it’s about our daily life as remote designers — our routines, processes, and how we work, think, and spend our days bar.digital is a small remote design studio. google meet is where we start the day, talk about projects, and stop the chaos Raise your hand for real — book a call! 09:00 am the start of the day is the most important part, because everyone is at home and we need to switch on for work. that takes discipline, so every morning we meet on a call and quickly sync: who is doing what, and what is blocking us daily meeting (30 min) we check yesterday’s time tracker and discuss tasks top 3 priorities so everyone has the same focus ai notetaker after the call we post a short summary in the team chat, so nothing is lost. 10:00 am we take the hardest tasks in the first half of the day and do the biggest part of the work before lunch, while the mind is still fresh. after lunch it’s harder to stay sharp quiet focus fewer messages, fewer distractions, more results workshop if something is really hard, we jump on a call and solve it together figjam session when we need ideas, we do creative work together in the morning 15:00 pm in the afternoon, focus on client and non-core meetings like learning or expert sessions. at the end of the day, wrap up by filling in the time tracker and planning for tomorrow to avoid starting in chaos client call we talk with the client, show what we did, agree on new tasks, write everything down non-profit projects we run our socials, join charity work, and make festival projects demo friday if it’s friday, we show progress and discuss what we learned new project one facilitator leads. we show our work, collect feedback, and agree on next steps anastasia petr thu, may 28 2:10 pm we block time, keep calls short, write recaps, and plan tomorrow before we log off alena peter
